production facility — Industrial Zone, Sperlonga, Palomonte (SA).
Extension of Deadlines.
The awarding body grants an extension of the deadlines for submitting proposals and accompanying documentation, no later than 12:00 a.m. on June 30, 2026
. Participants who have already submitted their project proposals are authorized to send any additions and/or updates in accordance with the submission procedures specified in the call for proposals.

Art. 2
Subject and Vision
Concept proposal for transforming the company headquarters into a model of excellence for Industry 5.0. A human-centered and sustainable vision in line with the European Green Deal. The competition consists of two phases: the first is strictly anonymous, and the second is for the announcement of the winner.
Art. 3
Eligibility
Professionals registered with professional associations, engineering firms, technical-scientific-professional (STP) firms, and qualified employees. Under penalty of exclusion: registration with the Professional Registry of one of the provincial professional associations in the Campania Region.
Art. 4
Anonymity and Submission
It is prohibited to include names, logos, or identifying marks in the project documents. The Project Manager (RUP) will assign a code to each project. Submissions must be made exclusively via certified email (PEC) through an electronic download link.
Art. 5
Required Project Documents
Technical-Illustrative Report — Maximum 4 A4 pages, Arial 11 font, max 8,000 characters. The document must consist solely of text: images or diagrams are not permitted.
Single Graphic Sheet — Horizontal A1 format containing floor plans, elevations, environmental sections, and photorealistic renderings illustrating the integration of the proposed technologies.

Evaluation Criteria
A committee composed of 3 members: two representatives from the company and one expert designated by the Salerno Order of Architects. Maximum score: 100 points.
