The request was for a pouch to hold ice cream bites
We oversaw the entire supply chain—from printing to the packaging facility—to ensure the application of the zip closure and delivery within the very tight deadlines required for this type of project (8 weeks). We print using rotogravure and flexo on poly-laminated substrates to be converted into Doy Packs, overseeing the entire conversion process alongside our manufacturing partners and delivering the open, finished product to the customer—ready for use—complete with a zip closure, insert, and laser-cut perforations.
