Drorys Packlist SpA never stops. After years of growth in production, we’ve decided to take it a step further: to transform our Palomonte headquarters into something that goes beyond mere functionality. A place that tells the story of who we are, where we’re headed, and how we envision the future of work.
To achieve this, we’ve chosen to open our doors to architecture and design professionals. Thus was born the “Toward Industry 5.0” Ideas Competition: an invitation to architects and designers in Campania to join us in envisioning the redevelopment, enhancement, and expansion of our production plant.
The vision we want to translate into architecture is that of Industry 5.0 : human-centered, sustainable, and capable of prioritizing people’s well-being without compromising operational excellence. A project that draws inspiration from the European Green Deal and aims to make visible, from the outside, the identity of a company undergoing profound change.

Eligible participants include professionals registered in the professional registers, engineering firms, technical consulting firms (STPs), and licensed employees, subject to a specific territorial requirement: registration in the professional register of one of the provincial orders in the Campania Region. This is a deliberate choice, intended to highlight local expertise and create an authentic connection between architecture and the local area.
